Under the direction of the Boy’s Varsity Head Coach (Lee Rabas), Neenah Boys Hoops Club provides a competitive youth basketball program for boys in grades 2-8. Our philosophy is to give young athletes from Neenah, WI a chance to develop their individual skills as well as their understanding and execution of team concepts as they relate to the game of basketball.  Our goal is to do this in a positive and dynamic manner that will help participants develop and foster a healthy attitude toward basketball, athletics, and competition.

Skills and drills held at Neenah HS.   Park in the lot behind the football stadium.  Enter through door 19.

If your son is in 7th or 8th grade, and you want to sign him up for the Neenah Boys Hoops Club program, please do so by October 1, 2025.  Anyone wishing to sign-up their 7th or 8th grade son after October 1st will need to email Coach Rabas directly at lrabas@neenah.k12.wi.us.   If your son is in 1st - 6th grades you may sign-up after October 1st, but your son may have to begin play in our Rocket League program.  Please contact Coach Rabas with any questions.

Waiver forms and payment will be collected at the informational meetings or via mail.  If you cannot attend the meeting for your grade you can come to the meeting of another grade level.  If you cannot attend a meeting please reach out to Coach Rabas for the information.

Who will determine where my son plays (team placement)?  Coach Rabas and HS coaching staff
When will my son's team practice?  To be determined.  Lots of variables to work through with scheduling.  They may fluctuate from week to week depending on building schedules and high school program games/practices.  Do our best to come up with consistent times.
What if my son can't make any of the "Skills and Drills" being offered over the next week?  No worries.  We understand that you have other things.  We just needed to get this up and going.  Think big picture.  Will missing skills and drills cost my 3rd grader a chance at playing varsity basketball (fyi the answer is "No").  However, making it helps them become familiar with terms, concepts, skills, and most importantly us as coaches. Seeing them practice also helps us appropriately place them.

Coaches and players will be introduced by Grade at halftime of the varsity game beginning with the 2nd grade.  With 3 minutes left in the first half please take your child to the area behind the bleachers on the South side of the playing court behind the team benches.  Back there players and coaches will organize by grade and then walk out together when announced at halftime of the Varsity game.
